Measure at the water
Seawall condition, water depth at low tide, how the boat sits, and where the property line runs. The tape comes out before anything else does.

Estimates can start online, and the work itself happens onsite, at your seawall, on your schedule. The office is at 53 Raintree Place. Most of the week is spent on the water rather than at a desk, so the phone is the fastest way through.
